Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the staff greeted me warmly. The deluxe room turned out to be spacious and really clean, providing a comfortable space for my stay. I appreciated the extra touches, like when I needed a spare cup and was offered various options along with utensils. The location on Saint Catherine Street made exploring downtown Montreal easy, with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. However, the noise level from nearby clubs did disrupt my sleep, especially late at night. I used the AC as white noise, which helped somewhat but not entirely. The absence of room cleaning during longer stays was also disappointing. Fresh towels and emptied trash would make a big difference. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some improvements would enhance the experience.

The room had a decent layout with some modern touches scattered throughout. The location placed me right in the thick of things, making it easy to explore local haunts.
The photos advertised don’t match the actual conditions. it made for quite a letdown. Floors were unkempt, showing dust bunnies and bits of glitter. I encountered exposed wiring that posed a safety concern and an uncomfortable, worn-out mattress with a notable dip. Basic amenities were lacking, with only towels provided, and no mat to prevent slips in the bathroom. Sound insulation was inadequate, leading to disturbances from street noise and a feeling of insecurity due to the surrounding area. Not the best impression overall.

Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions.
Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The room I was assigned was not cleaned upon check-in, which left a bad impression. Additionally, I encountered issues with the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable as it had a significant dip in the middle. The air conditioning unit was noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great room with friendly vibes!
The deluxe room I stayed in was super clean and kinda cute. Plus, the location was pretty decent for exploring. I had a rough moment with a night staffer, but thankfully, a young guy helped me out. The hot nights made sleeping tough, and they didn't provide much in terms of toiletries.
